Shipping Policy

At One House One Faith, products are fulfilled by more than one print-on-demand production partner. Apparel and merchandise are produced through Printful. Books are produced through Lulu Direct. That means shipping timelines can vary by product type, destination, season, and carrier availability.

Separate Shipments

·       If your order includes both books and non-book merchandise, those items may ship separately and arrive on different days.

·       You may receive multiple tracking emails for a single order when items are fulfilled by different partners or shipped from different facilities.

Production and Fulfillment Time

·       Printful-fulfilled products usually take about 2–5 business days to be made before shipment. Most Printful orders ship within 5 business days.

·       Lulu Direct book orders usually take about 3–5 business days to print before shipment.

·       Hardcover books and high-volume or high-season orders may take longer than average.

·       Production time is separate from carrier transit time.

Estimated Transit Times

·       Printful shipping speed depends on the product, destination, and shipping method selected at checkout. After fulfillment, standard domestic delivery in the US/Canada is often about 3–4 business days, express shipping is often 1–3 business days, and many international shipments may take about 5–20 business days.

·       Lulu Direct shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Customers shipping outside the continental United States may experience additional transit time.

·       Lulu Direct notes that some International Mail and Priority Mail shipments may take up to 28 days to complete delivery.

·       Express and expedited delivery options generally move Monday through Friday only.

Tracking

·       When tracking is available, a shipping confirmation email will be sent after your order ships.

·       For Lulu Direct orders, there may be up to a 48-hour delay between the shipping confirmation and the first carrier scan.

Address Accuracy

·       Please verify your shipping address carefully before completing checkout.

·       Once production has started, we may not be able to correct an address or reroute a package.

·       If a package is returned or delayed because of an incorrect address, address format problem, customs issue, or local delivery restriction, additional shipping charges may apply before a replacement can be sent.

International Orders, PO Boxes, and Special Addresses

·       International shipping times can be longer than domestic estimates.

·       For Lulu Direct book orders, customs duties, import taxes, and similar destination-country charges are the responsibility of the recipient where applicable.

·       Lulu Direct notes that PO Boxes must use eligible mail services and that military APO/FPO/DPO destinations must use USPS-compatible methods.

Shipping Delays

·       Shipping estimates are not guarantees.

·       Weather, customs processing, holidays, carrier capacity, incorrect delivery details, natural disasters, and other events outside our control can delay delivery.

If a package appears lost, damaged, or unusually delayed, contact us at support@onehouseonefaith.com as soon as possible so we can review the order and, where eligible, open a claim or replacement request.
