Return & Refund Policy

At One House One Faith, most products are made to order through third-party print-on-demand partners. Apparel and select merchandise are fulfilled by Printful. Books are fulfilled by Lulu Direct. Because items are produced specifically for each order, we do not operate like a traditional retail warehouse and do not accept open-ended returns.

General Rule

·       All sales are considered final unless an item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, incorrectly packaged, or is confirmed lost in transit.

·       We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, change of mind, ordering the wrong size, ordering the wrong color or version, or any other customer-selected preference issue unless [Store Name] chooses to make an exception in a specific case.

Printful-Fulfilled Products (Apparel and Merchandise)

·       If a Printful-fulfilled item arrives damaged, defective, or contains a fulfillment/manufacturing error, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

·       If a Printful package appears lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

·       Please include your order number, a short description of the issue, and clear photos whenever possible so we can open a claim quickly.

·       If the issue is confirmed, we will arrange either a replacement or a refund, at our discretion.

·       Because Printful products are made on demand, we do not offer size exchanges, color exchanges, or refunds for customer ordering mistakes or change-of-mind purchases.

Lulu Direct-Fulfilled Products (Books)

·       Physical books are printed on demand and are not returnable simply because a customer changes their mind.

·       If a book arrives damaged, defective, or incorrectly packaged, please contact us within 30 days of the shipment date.

·       Please include your order number and, when available, photos of the problem so we can request a replacement promptly.

·       For print-on-demand books, replacements are generally the primary remedy for manufacturing or shipping damage.

·       Please review product descriptions carefully before ordering. Print-on-demand book providers do not treat content choices, misspellings, grammatical errors, formatting decisions, design decisions, or overall appearance choices originating in the source files as refundable quality defects.

Order Changes and Cancellations

·       Because all items are made to order, cancellation or change requests are time-sensitive.

·       Printful orders may only be canceled or edited before fulfillment begins. Once an order is in fulfillment or has shipped, cancellation is no longer available.

·       Lulu Direct book orders may only be canceled before they enter production. Once production begins, cancellations and changes are no longer available.

·       Address changes may not be possible once production has started or a shipment has moved to the carrier.

How to Request Help

·       Email us at [Support Email] within the timelines above.

·       Use the subject line: Order Issue – [Order Number].

·       Include your full name, order number, the item affected, a description of the issue, and photos if applicable.

·       Do not send items back to the manufacturer or any return address unless we specifically instruct you to do so.

Refund Method

If we approve a refund, it will be issued to the original payment method unless we agree in writing to provide a replacement or store credit instead.

Special Consumer-Rights Note

If a mandatory local consumer-protection law gives you rights beyond this policy, those rights will still apply. For example, Printful notes that orders delivered to Brazil may be subject to a statutory seven-day cancellation right after delivery.
